P3: Explain how different sound elements are used

-Foley sound effects are custom sounds made in post-production. Every sound made in movies, TV shows, and even some video games from zipping jackets to setting down coffee mugs was likely created exactly for that specific moment in post-production. These tailor-made sounds are called Foley sound effects. it allows the film to have a natural atmosphere.

-Wild track, also known as wild sound and wild lines, is an audio recording intended to be synchronized with film or video but recorded separately this allows a piece of video to have a real life like sound that us natural and intended to fit with the video

Educate

Through its unique combination of sight, sound, movement and emotion, television offers viewers different learning styles and helps students better grasp the world around them. You can watch historical events take place, the solar system explored, and books come to life. I chose Blue Planet II as an example. David Attenborough introduces and narrates his series of wildlife documentaries exploring the world's oceans. Series 1, Episode 1, 7:00:40 The narrator describes how the dolphins behave and the dolphin sounds describe their activity. This educates the audience as to what they are doing.

Entertain

Video games are fun because they take us into new worlds and at the same time satisfy our desire for achievement and recognition. Puzzles and mini-games keep us engaged in video games, and the attention to detail keeps us occupied. Video games use soundtracks and sound effects to keep us engaged. There is a large list of video games that keep users entertained, Uncharted being an example. Uncharted is a story-based PlayStation exclusive game. Throughout the game, the line "no matter how exciting the next adventure is, it will always leave you with the same feeling at the end" is used. Be enthusiastic.

Inform

Dramatic tones are used in the openings and endings of television news programs to capture the viewer's attention. Jingle is used in advertising. Advertising is a type of medium that conveys the brand identity of a product or company. This is achieved through the use of catchy phrases and catchy music. A target group connects a company's unmistakable voice with a product on the market. For example, Haribo uses catchy tunes at the end of their ads to leverage brand awareness. Jingles are used in advertising to help viewers identify products. Since 1995, they have used the phrase "kids and adults love the beautiful world of Haribo", making it unique and meaningful to a wider audience.

Sell products

Animated displays are digital display units that move, whether the motion is complex or simple. Static banners, on the other hand, have no movement. They are the digital editions of the morning papers. This is clearly demonstrated in the new advertisement for Heinz's Baked Beans. It engages the audience and uses explosion sound effects to increase the impact. Support trial and error of beans. This makes the viewer want to buy the product.
